Born and raised in Madrid to a Spanish–Scottish family, Marta lived and worked in Scotland for seven years, where she founded and directed a psychological practice in Edinburgh serving an international community. She works comfortably in both English and Spanish and considers herself bilingual.
 
Marta is known for combining a warm, approachable style with a structured, evidence-based approach to therapy. She aims to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported while working through difficult experiences.
