Guillermo holds a B.A. in Clinical Psychology from San José State University and a Master’s in Family Therapy from Santa Clara University, with a solid professional career developed between Spain and the United States. His multicultural and bilingual profile is complemented by extensive ongoing training ranging from Professional Coaching and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy to Crisis Intervention and Neonatal Psychology. This international experience allows him to offer an integrative and adaptive approach, with a deep understanding of the needs of patients in diverse contexts.
Clinically, Guillermo has led interventions in highly complex cases, specializing in addiction treatment, mental health disorders, and systemic family therapy. Notable among his achievements is the creation of pioneering family support programs in the NICU at Hospital 12 de Octubre, as well as his humanitarian and academic work in Florida. He currently practices in Madrid as a psychologist, coach, and trainer in private practice, combining his experience in prestigious institutions with personalized care that integrates the best of his background in California, Miami, and Spain.

Raquel Medina has more than 30 years of professional experience in the international education sector, working within schools, public administrations, and social initiatives. Over the course of her career, she has worked as a teacher, counselor, trainer, and consultant, supporting people and teams in learning, change, and continuous improvement processes. Her background is characterized by a wide-ranging, systemic approach, committed to equity, quality in education, and emotional well-being.
A core focus of her career has been emotional education and socio-emotional skill building. She guides educational communities in cultivating empathy, managing emotions, and enhancing overall personal well-being.
