HOW CAN WE HELP YOU
Our Services
At the International Psychology Center, we offer bilingual support in English and Spanish. Having lived abroad ourselves, we understand the challenges and complexity of adapting to a new environment.
Grief Counseling
Professional support after significant losses (death, breakups, job loss) when reactions are intense or prolonged. We help you accept and understand the loss, manage emotions (sadness, fear and anger, guilt), reorganize daily life, and honor the past while moving forward with meaning and purpose.
Addiction Treatment
Specialized counseling with over 15 years of experience in treatment programs for individuals and affected families. We help assess motivation, the level of addiction, and possible associated mental health disorders.
Counseling in Middle Age
Professional support during the “midlife transition” in your 50s, which leads us to reflect on achievements, life purpose, and unmet goals, sometimes accompanied by psychological distress and physical changes (menopause/andropause).
Online Psychotherapy
We want to reach everyone so that anyone can access our support. New technologies make this possible. Online therapy works and allows us to work both individually and with couples.
University or College Counseling
We provide support during the transition to adulthood, a vulnerable stage in which 35% develop psychological disorders. We offer tools to manage academic pressure, adapt to the new university environment, prevent dropout, and develop positive habits.
Life – Professional Coaching
Personal or professional coaching can help you change important aspects of your life and achieve your personal and professional goals.
Individual Psychotherapy – Adults
An eclectic approach that goes beyond addressing symptoms of depression or anxiety. We explore deep motivational, systemic, and personality factors to understand why you are not implementing the solutions you already know.
Couple Psychotherapy
Couples therapy based on an integrative approach, strongly influenced by the Gottman Method. Our aim is to identify what erodes the bond, foster respectful communication, and build rituals of connection and friendship/spark to strengthen intimacy and trust.
